Physical Education
Shreiner Academy’s physical education program includes soccer, kickball and basketball. Two or three days a week, students take part in the Presidential Physical Fitness Challenge. And students and staff look forward to the Shreiner Olympics each year.
Sometimes it’s too hot to start our regular PE curriculum at the beginning of the school year. With 2 pools on campus, we can extend the summer well after school starts by adding swimming. One of the pools has been specifically designed for 3- to 5-year-olds with a depth of 2 to 4 feet. The other pool has a depth range of 3 to 10 feet. To ensure swimmer safety, the school employs Red Cross certified lifeguards.
