Philosophy
Shreiner Academy is a rare gem in today’s world. It is personal and intimate, yet dedicated to a high standard of quality education. We believe in our students and want to help them achieve their personal best.
Our philosophy is that our students deserve the best of everything—the best education, the best care and support, and the best environment in which to learn, play and grow.
Over the years, our growth has been amazing. Shreiner Academy has grown more than tenfold—from 30 to 300 students, from 4 to 60 faculty members, from 1 to 10 buildings, and from a 1-acre to an 8-acre campus.

Each year we receive a number of transfers from other private schools, from parents who want their children to experience Shreiner’s refreshingly different educational, warm, and friendly environment.

Small class size is one of the hallmarks of a Shreiner education. Our average class size is 15—outstanding when compared to the average class size of 23 in many private schools in the Atlanta area. So rather than feeling like a number and waiting a long time for assistance—and getting frustrated in the process—Shreiner’s students have faster access to teachers and are given plenty of help and affirmation.

Accreditation
Shreiner Academy is Accredited by the Georgia Accrediting Commission (University of Georgia).
The program is "Accredited with Quality" which is the highest level of accreditation awarded by the G.A.C. Schools selected for this honor must meet exacting standards for curriculum, faculty, credentials, and facilities.Shreiner has high academic standards while maintaining a fun, friendly, loving and relaxed atmosphere. Other private schools in the area don't have that kind of learning environment. The staff is very accessible and easy to work with. Shreiner has a great deal of diversity in its student population for a school of its size.
