"Best of Cobb" Local School You Would Prefer to Send Your Child - Inside Cobb Magazine
When parents drive from as far away as Suwanee, Cartersville, Lawrenceville, Douglasville, and College Park to bring their children to school, there must something special about the school. Such is the case with Shreiner Academy, a private school accredited by the Georgia Accrediting Commission. The key to the academy’s success, according to headmaster David Shreiner, is that “We work hard to create an atmosphere where children enjoy coming to school each day. We also provide a lively and imaginative curriculum that’s fun for our students.” David Shreiner’s mother and father, Hal and Marion Shreiner, opened the school in 1980 with 30 students. Located on an eight-acre campus on Terrell Mill Road in East Cobb, Shreiner Academy offers small classes, with no more than 15 students in the upper grades as well as one-on-one tutoring. |
